SUNSET RIDGE COLLECTIVE

All visitors taking photos or filming on Sunset Ridge Collective grounds must respect the experience of other visitors, members, customers, structures, and landscaping. Sunset Ridge Collective reserves the right to ask any photographer/videographer to cease documentation at any time if their activities disrupt the enjoyment and experience of our community.

Photography and Videography at Sunset Ridge Collective & Charis Park

Personal-use Photography/Filming Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited on Sunset Ridge Collective property:

  • Photography/filming of children under the age of 14 without parental/guardian consent

  • Photography/filming of patrons at Scott’s Pizza or One Another Coffee, or members of Sunset Ridge Church without their consent

  • Blocking or obstructing doorways or pathways, preventing the flow of traffic for members and visitors

  • Climbing on any architecture

  • Using pop-up dressing tents

  • Conducting provocative and/or risqué shoots

  • Using glitter, confetti, cascarones, rice, or any other small particles that litter the premises

Commercial & Media Photography Permissions

  • For media and press members: Please contact Sunset Ridge Collective Marketing at least 48 hours in advance to obtain permission to capture video, photos, or conduct interviews on the property.

Note: Written permission from Sunset Ridge Collective is required for both commercial and media photography and must be on your person while on site.

Photography/Videography Session Guidelines

Personal-use sessions include events such as family, wedding, engagement, anniversary, quinceañera, maternity, birthday, graduation, or any staged/group photoshoots. Sessions are permitted during Sunset Ridge Collective and Charis Park’s regular business hours (daily, dawn-to-dusk) and require a reservation to prevent overlap with other scheduled events.

Session Rules for a Positive Experience

To help keep Sunset Ridge Collective and Charis Park pristine and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

  • Equipment Limits: Only cameras with attached flashes are permitted; light reflectors are allowed. Tripods, stand-alone flashes, and drones are not permitted.

  • Prop Restrictions: Large props like furniture, helium balloons, or confetti are prohibited. Small, hand-held items (e.g., stuffed animals, bouquets, blankets) are welcome. Do not move existing furniture, structures, or landscaping.

  • Wardrobe Changes: Changing attire within the park, facilities, restrooms, or parking lot is discouraged.

During Your Visit

To keep pathways and scenic areas accessible and attractive, please:

  • Avoid blocking pathways, entrances, and other access points

  • Stay out of planting beds and leave plants for everyone to enjoy

  • Respect other Charis Park guests and follow all posted park rules

  • Review the Sunset Ridge Collective Core Values to ensure your activities support a welcoming environment for all.

Please Note: Visitors who fail to follow these guidelines may be asked to leave Charis Park.
